NPWI has many options: minor, one-year certificate, two-year advanced certificate, Associate of Arts in Praise and Worship, and options to finish with a Bachelor's within four years.
- Is the National Praise and Worship Institute a Nazarene theology-based school

Although Trevecca Nazarene University is a denominationally affiliated university, students enrolled in the National Praise and Worship Institute will be encouraged to embrace their own theological heritage.
The program is designed to be cross-denominational with theological teaching being biblically-based.

- The goal of the Praise and Worship Program is to provide a creative environment that trains and equips students who desire to be a worship pastor, worship leader, Christian artist, or songwriter for the church. Our curriculum models real world practicums that engage students in a learning environment and that places the band at the center of that training.

No. Students take a load of courses built on a pyramid model that build their skills in a progressive order to help them learn faster.
- Does NPWI follow the traditional Trevecca calendar?

Yes. NPWI observes the same holiday schedule as all students attending Trevecca University.

- Am I guaranteed a ministry position as a Worship Pastor when I complete the certificate program at the National Praise and Worship Institute?
